Intensive Coach Mastery Program (Education)

Coaching is currently one of the best vehicles for facilitating a change towards an instructional and invitational school culture where both students and adults thrive. Coaching is also an integral element of the Group 8 Education CLICC program.

Duration: 2 days face to face (November 2009, late January 2010), 6 x 1 hour teleconference calls (monthly)

Designed for:

• Middle or aspiring middle leaders to be developed as internal coaches for school
• Senior, middle, aspiring senior and middle leaders who wish to significantly enhance their leadership capacity
• Middle leaders from schools in Group 8 CLICC programs*
• Coaches and ex-teachers/principals who wish to be trained to provide external coaching to schools in Group 8 CLICC programs

*Schools in Group 8 Education CLICC (Creating a Learning and Invitational Coaching Culture) programs, from 2010, can elect to have their senior leadership team be internally or externally coached. To be internally coached, a school must have at least one participant in the Intensive Coach Mastery Program (Education). There are significant cost savings for a school to have coaching provided internally while building coaching capacity within the school.

Pricing: Regular pricing for this program is $1990 (+GST) per participant, but as an introductory offer we are setting the price at $990* (plus GST).
